Tracy Hollamon

Recruitment Consultant at American Society of Anesthesiologists®

Tracy Hollamon has an extensive work experience in the field of recruitment and talent acquisition. Tracy started their career in 2005 as a Contract Recruiter at Robert W. Baird & Co. and later worked as a Recruitment Specialist at Alliant Credit Union. In 2006, Hollamon served as a Store Human Resources Manager at Home Depot Expo Design Center, where they managed various HR functions. Tracy then joined Johnson Financial Group as an Officer-Senior Recruiter before joining Fidelitone Logistics as a Corporate Recruiter/Staffing Manager.

In 2011, Hollamon became a Field Recruiter-South Region at United Stationers, where they were responsible for recruiting positions in different states. Tracy then joined the American Society of Anesthesiologists in 2013 as a Recruitment Manager, overseeing recruitment for association positions. During their tenure, they also managed a summer internship program and temporary staffing.

In 2022, Hollamon worked as a Talent Acquisition Specialist at Hollister Incorporated on a 6-month contract, where they handled full-cycle recruitment for salaried operations roles. Tracy later joined VIP Risk Solutions, Inc. as a Vice President, Recruitment Solutions, expanding the company's service offerings into recruitment solutions and permanent placement services.

Currently, Hollamon is employed as a Recruitment Consultant at the American Society of Anesthesiologists, where they provide recruitment services.

Tracy Hollamon obtained a B.S. degree in Business Management/Human Resources from the University of Wisconsin-Parkside, where they studied from 1996 to 2004. Prior to their university education, they earned a High School Diploma from Horlick High School, where they attended from 1991 to 1995. Tracy has also obtained several additional certifications throughout their career, including the following: AIRS Certified Internet Recruiter from AIRS powered by ADP in December 2019, DDI Targeted Selection®: Program Manager from DDI | Development Dimensions International in June 2014, DDI Targeted Selection Trainer from Development Dimensions International in October 2010, Lominger Leadership Architect from Korn/Ferry International powered by Lominger in February 2007, and Professional Recruiter Certification from AIRS, an ADP Company in April 2017.
