Richard M. started their work experience in 2010 as a Contractor - Team Lead and Web Developer at HealthPlan Services. In 2010, they also joined REI Systems as a Project Manager. In 2012, they became the Director of Information Technology at the American Society of Cataract and Refractive Surgery.
