Daniel F. Becker For over 40 years Dan Becker has worked in the construction industry for contractors, owners, and as owner representative on projects throughout the western US. Projects have included light rail, highways, bridges, water and wastewater facilities, commercial buildings, and airports. He prepared claims on behalf of contractors and worked for owners to resolve changes and claims.
He is a delegate from ASCE on the Engineers Joint Construction Document Committee and a founding member of ASCE's Claims Avoidance and Resolution Committee.
