Jay Snyder

Jay Snyder is the current Senior Manager of Technical Advancement at the American Society of Civil Engineers since March 2016. With prior experience as the Assistant Director of Leadership Development at ASBO International from February 1999 to September 2015, Jay provides leadership for ASCE Committee on Technical Advancement activities and programs, as well as support to the CTA and its Technical Divisions and Committees. Jay earned a BA in Communications, Marketing and Communications from George Mason University in the years 1988 to 1991.
