Leanne Shroeder

Leanne Shroeder, CMP, is an experienced professional in event management and governance, currently serving as the Director of Governance at the National Apartment Association since June 2023. With a robust background at the American Society of Civil Engineers as a Senior Program Manager since September 2020 and prior roles including Conference Manager at the International Association of Fire Chiefs and Manager of Conference and Meeting Services at the American Society of Civil Engineers, Shroeder has developed a strong expertise in organizing and executing complex events. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Events at Centre Consulting and The Federal Contracting Institute, as well as earlier positions in education and sales and marketing. Shroeder holds a Bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Marketing, and Related Support Services from Old Dominion University, earned between 1985 and 1989.
