Niru Anne

Niru Anne, MD, FACS, FSSO, serves as an Associate Professor of Surgery at Penn State Milton S. Hershey Medical Center and has extensive involvement in various professional committees. Niru is a member of the American Society of Breast Surgeons' Breast Imaging Certification and Accreditation Committee and actively participates in several committees within the American College of Surgeons, including serving as Vice Chair and Chairperson of mentorship subcommittees. Niru has held leadership positions such as Medical Director of the Breast Program at Prisma Health and Chairperson of the Department of Surgery at Our Lady of Lourdes Hospital. Niru's educational background includes a Doctor of Medicine degree from SUNY Upstate Medical University and a Bachelor of Arts degree from New York University.
