Christina Lafuria

Christina LaFuria has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Starting in 1990, they worked as a Technical Training Consultant and Systems Engineer at Cedalion Systems, Inc, where they delivered technical training and was involved in the development of a sales tax system. From 1994 to 1999, they held various roles at CIBER, including Project/Account Manager, Training Manager, Senior Consultant, and Project Manager, with responsibilities such as managing projects, overseeing a team of consultants, and reviewing proposals. In 2000, they became the owner of Caruso Consulting, Inc, where they developed software products, provided training to medical staff, and assessed client needs. From 2010 to 2013, they served as the Director of Operations at Susan G. Komen North Carolina Triangle to the Coast, overseeing budget management and financial analysis. Currently, they hold the position of Vice President of Educational Activities at The American Society of Echocardiography.

Christina LaFuria attended East Carolina University from 1979 to 1982, where they pursued a B.S. degree in Mathematics.
