Anthony Kaylin

Anthony Kaylin has over 20 years of work experience in various roles related to Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) and Affirmative Action (AA). Anthony started their career as a Peace Corps Volunteer, serving as a business volunteer from 1992 to 1994. Afterwards, they worked at Eastern Consulting Group as a County Manager from 1994 to 1996. Anthony then joined the Officer of Federal Contract Compliance Programs (OFCCP) as a Compliance Officer from 1997 to 1999. From 1999 to 2000, they worked as an AA/EEO Specialist at Tellabs. Anthony then joined NYU Langone Medical Center as the Manager of EO/AA-Employee Relations from 2001 to 2003. Following this, they worked at the American Society of Employers as the Director of AA/EEO and Custom Training from 2003 to 2008. Anthony later worked at IBM as the EO Program Manager from 2008 to 2011. Finally, they returned to the American Society of Employers as the Vice President, a role they still hold.
