Frank Kolb has extensive work experience in various roles related to legislative affairs, government relations, and policy development. Frank currently works as the Federal Legislative Affairs Director at ASHP. Prior to this, from 2019 to 2022, they served as an Employee Benefits Law Specialist at EBSA, OHPSCA, DOL.

Frank Kolb earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science & Philosophy from American University between the years 1990 and 1993. Frank then pursued a Juris Doctor degree in Law from the University of Houston Law Center from 1994 to 1998. Following that, they attended The University of Texas Health Science Center at Houston (UTHealth Houston) from 1998 to 2000 and obtained a Master of Public Health degree in Public Health.
