Tahmeena Siddiqui, PharmD, BCPS, currently serves as the Pharmacy Manager for Pharmacy Integrated Clinical Services at Advocate Aurora Health since October 2022. Siddiqui has been actively involved with the American Society of Health-System Pharmacists (ASHP) since July 2019, contributing to various roles including advisory groups focused on medication management and small and rural hospitals, and serving as an alternate delegate to the ASHP House of Delegates from Wisconsin. In addition, Siddiqui is a member of the Health System Advisory Committee and the Education Steering Committee for the Pharmacy Society of Wisconsin. As a Clinical Instructor at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Pharmacy since July 2018, Siddiqui also brings experience from Fort HealthCare as a Clinical Pharmacy Specialist and Residency Program Director, and from previous roles at Wheaton Franciscan Healthcare, Option Care, and Healix Infusion Therapy. Siddiqui holds a Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) and a Bachelor's Degree in Pharmacy from Midwestern University, as well as additional education from the University of Illinois Chicago.
