Hunter Carney

Hunter Carney is an experienced professional in clinical research and community engagement with a focus on health-related initiatives. Currently serving as a Digital Impact Intern at the Psychedelic Medicine Coalition, Hunter develops social media content and advocates for policy reform in psychedelic medicine. Previously, as a Community Engagement and Operations Specialist at the American Society of Hematology, Hunter coordinated programs across multiple clinical research sites and developed outreach materials. Hunter has also held research positions at institutions such as Children's National Hospital and Duke University Health System, contributing to significant studies and managing key operational tasks. With a Bachelor's of Science in Cognitive and Behavioral Neuroscience from UC San Diego, Hunter possesses strong expertise in project management, community outreach, and clinical coordination.
