Taylor Kilpatrick

Taylor Kilpatrick is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in program management and international law. Currently serving as the Senior Programs Manager at the American Society of International Law, Taylor oversees the Programs Department, facilitating major conferences and educational initiatives. Previously, Taylor held roles as a Program Officer and Court Counsel at the Supreme Court of Palau, where responsibilities included drafting judicial opinions and revitalizing legal procedures. Additional experience includes positions at the U.S. Department of State, The George Washington University Law School, and various legal and advocacy organizations, complemented by a Doctor of Law from The George Washington University Law School and a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from the University of San Diego.
