Yuan Fang (Harry)

Yuan (Harry) Fang is a Researcher at the American Society of International Law, focusing on international law developments in the Asia-Pacific region. Yuan (Harry) also serves as a Career Mentor at Valeon, providing guidance on school selection and career support. Additionally, Yuan is a member of the International Advisory Board at Washington University Global Studies Law Review and was an Associate Editor at Berkeley Technology Law Journal. With a background in law from Beihang University and a Master's degree from UC Berkeley School of Law, Yuan (Harry) is currently pursuing a JSD in Global Governance of Cyber Operations under International Law at Washington University in St. Louis School of Law.
