Kathy Pesta, CSP, currently serves as Talent Acquisition/HR Partner at American Solutions for Business since September 2023. Previously, Kathy had a lengthy tenure at Pro Staff, initially starting as Front Desk Coordinator and progressing through various roles, including Recruiter/Staffing Supervisor, Branch Manager, Managing Director, and Regional Manager, culminating in over three decades of experience in the recruitment industry. As Regional Manager, Kathy directed three high-performance offices, achieving consistent profitability, improving client satisfaction, and earning multiple awards, including “Best of Staffing” since 2018. Kathy holds a BA in Human Services from the University of Minnesota Morris and an AA in Generals from Minnesota State Community and Technical College.
