Frank Adams

Frank Adams is an experienced IT professional with a diverse background in system support and management. Currently serving as an IT Service Management Developer at American Specialty Health since September 2016, Frank has held various roles within the organization, including System Support Manager and Supervisor of System Support. Prior to this, Frank worked at Bell Techlogix, Inc. as an Associate Helpdesk Advisor, focusing on customer support and documentation. Additional experience includes roles as Assistant Manager at Dollar Tree Stores and Goodwill Industries of Central Indiana, where Frank managed daily operations and oversaw multiple employees. Frank is also a veteran of the United States Air Force, holding the rank of Airman First Class. Frank obtained a Networking and Security Certification from My Computer Career in 2015.
