Jason Jarrett

Jason Jarrett has a diverse work experience spanning various industries and leadership roles. Jason currently holds the position of Vice President, Clinical Program Operations at American Specialty Health. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Service Operations at Elevance Health, leading a team of 350 associates and 16 professionals in the National Behavioral Health customer service operations team. Jason has also held positions at American Specialty Health, Teradata, Indiana University Health, Ascension, Anthem, Inc., Union Pacific Railroad, and AT&T, where they gained extensive experience in operations management, customer service, and leadership.

Jason Jarrett holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Business Administration from the University of Indianapolis. Prior to this, they earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Organizational Leadership & Supervision from Purdue University. Jason also holds an Associate of Science (AS) degree in Information Systems from Purdue University. In addition to their formal education, Jason has obtained various certifications including Six Sigma Yellow Belt from Ascension Health CI Master Black Belt, GE Change Acceleration Process (CAP) Agent from GE Healthcare, ITIL version 3 Foundation from EXIN, and Certified Manager Process Improvement from the International Society for Six Sigma Certifications.
