Todd R. Philbrick

Todd R. Philbrick, CAE, ICE-CCP is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in certification and society management. Currently serving as Chief Certification Officer and Director of Certification at The American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) since April 2014, Todd has held key leadership roles including Executive Director at the District of Columbia Dental Society and the International Society for Advancement of Cytometry. Prior experience includes various positions at the Pharmacy Technician Certification Board, where responsibilities spanned from Manager to Associate Director of Certification Programs. Todd began a career with an internship at Amtrak and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Business Administration from Salisbury University - Perdue School of Business.
