Anissa Assor is an experienced membership service specialist with a strong background in association management and member engagement. Since August 2013, Anissa has worked at the American Staffing Association, where responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, coordinating dues payments, processing refund requests, and providing member support through various communication channels. With prior roles at the National Communication Association and NENA: The 9-1-1 Association, Anissa has honed skills in customer service, project management, data integrity, and training staff on membership software.
