DeLibra Wesley is an accomplished leader in the staffing and healthcare sectors, currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer and Founder of National Recruiting Consultants since February 2021, where the focus is on delivering exceptional healthcare providers and educators. In September 2023, DeLibra founded Women of Color in Staffing, aiming to empower women of color in the staffing industry through community outreach and education. As a member of the Board of Directors for the American Staffing Association since June 2021, DeLibra advocates for the interests of the staffing industry. Previous roles include serving on the Board of Directors for Maker District and The Joint Commission Advisory Board, where strategic consulting and advising on operational efficiency were key responsibilities. DeLibra spent over 13 years at The Delta Companies, culminating in the role of Chief Operating Officer, leading various operational aspects while championing diversity and inclusion initiatives.
