Joanie Bily

Joanie Bily currently serves as the Interim Chief Executive Officer of Dress for Success Worldwide and holds a position on the Board of Directors of the American Staffing Association as a Past Chair. Previously, Joanie was a board member of Junior Achievement of Georgia and served as President of Professional Solutions at Employbridge, leading strategic initiatives across various staffing brands. Joanie's extensive career includes leadership roles at Monster, Randstad, and Adecco, focusing on market insights, operational improvements, and revenue growth. Joanie's educational background includes programs in executive leadership coaching from Harvard and a Bachelor of Science degree from the State University of New York, with additional training from IMD.
