Raul Torre has extensive experience in supply chain management and production oversight, currently serving as the Leader of Distribution Supply Chain at American Standard Brands since January 2011. Raul has held multiple roles, including Production Manager and Shipping and Logistics Coordinator, achieving impressive results in safety, quality, and delivery metrics, such as maintaining an OSHME rating of at least 95% and achieving 95% on-time production. With a strong foundation in Lean Manufacturing and Six Sigma methodologies, Raul skillfully optimizes resources and enhances productivity, contributing to significant cost reductions.
