Richard also worked at First Commercial Corp as a Loan Reviewer and started their career at the Texas Department of Banking as a Field Examiner.
Richard Solomon earned their Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration and Management, General from Texas A&M University, which they attended from 1982 to 1987. Later, they pursued a Master's Degree in Banking from the SW Graduate School of Banking, studying there from 2002 to 2004.
