Willie Hargrove

Willie Hargrove has extensive experience in quality assurance and control, currently serving as Corporate Quality Assurance at American Steel and Aluminum since April 2023, focusing on document control. Previously, Willie held the position of Quality Control Supervisor at Columbia Tech from February 2021 to April 2023 and managed quality control at S from July 2014 to September 2020, ensuring products met customer standards and ISO requirements. Willie's earlier roles included Senior Technician/Production Supervisor at Schoelly Imaging and Technician at Henke Sass Wolf of America. Willie is pursuing a degree in Manufacturing Engineering Technology/Technician at Quinsigamond Community College, following a diploma in Business Administration and Management from Northwest Catholic High School/Hartford Public High School.
