Jeff Persell

Jeff Persell is an experienced professional in proposal development and management with a strong background in leading operations across multiple firms. Currently serving as Vice President of Proposal Development at AMERICAN SYSTEMS since May 2016, Jeff oversees the proposal center in Chantilly, Virginia, for this employee-owned technical services provider. Prior to this role, Jeff held the position of Vice President of Proposal Operations at L-3 National Security Solutions, managing a sizable proposal center with operations across several states. Additional experience includes directorial roles in proposal management at MAXIMUS and DynCorp/CSC. Jeff holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Randolph-Macon College.
