Lisa Ferris has extensive experience in Employee Stock Ownership Plan (ESOP) administration, project management, and financial planning. Since 1984, Lisa has held various managerial positions at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, currently serving as Semi Retired Manager of ESOP Administration, where responsibilities include overseeing ESOP processes, analyzing policies, and managing communications with participants. Previously, Lisa has held key roles such as Director of Special Projects and Director of Planning and Budget, focusing on long-range financial plans, cost analyses, and budgeting strategies. Early in their career, Lisa worked as a Government Contracts Administrator and Cost Analyst at Dames and Moore. Lisa holds an MBA in Government Contracts from The George Washington University and a Master’s in Business from Virginia Tech.
