Scott Mullins

Scott Mullins is a seasoned Program Manager with extensive experience in enterprise IT and cybersecurity services, currently leading multiple technical teams at AMERICAN SYSTEMS since May 2009. Notable accomplishments include implementing standard systems engineering processes and enhancing vulnerabilities management capabilities to ensure compliance with the Risk Management Framework (RMF). Prior roles include Program Manager at T&H Consulting and various officer positions in the United States Air Force, complemented by project management experience at Comtech, LLC and Lockheed-Martin. Scott Mullins holds an MBA in National Defense & Global Management from George Mason University, a Master’s in Information Technology from the University of Maryland Global Campus, a Graduate Certificate in U.S. National Security from the National Defense University, and a Bachelor’s in Computer Science from The Citadel.
