Chet Franklin

Chet Franklin is an accomplished motivational speaker, consultant, trainer, and facilitator with over forty years of experience in quality management. As the owner of Franklin Training Systems since March 2008, Chet offers diverse training programs, including Integrated Quality Management Systems (IQMS). Chet also serves as a contractor for the US Navy as a Systems Engineer and Process Team Leader, focusing on documentation for the Quality Management System in the Navy Metrology R&D Program since January 2013. Previously, Chet held the position of Sr Systems Engineer at CSC Navy and Marine Corps Technology Center from November 1994 to January 2013, where development of the QMS for the same program took place. Chet's career began at Hughes Aircraft, where management of Process Engineering, Reliability Engineering, Tool Design, and Planning occurred from August 1986 to July 1993. Academic accomplishments include studies in Organizational Behavior at the University of San Francisco, Behavioral Psychology at California State University, Los Angeles, and an Associate of Arts in Mechanical Engineering from Los Angeles Valley College.
