Sylvie Tobias

Sylvie Tobias is an experienced professional with a strong background in leadership and organizational development. Currently serving as the Director of Leadership & Organizational Development at the American Technion Society since January 2016, Sylvie oversees leadership and talent development initiatives and manages the national board of directors. Prior to this role, Sylvie held various positions at Musiker Discovery Programs, including Assistant Director and Internship Coordinator, where responsibilities included the execution of summer programs at New York University. Additional experience includes program direction for teen enrichment initiatives at Passport NYC, teaching ESL in Israel, and roles in recruitment and outreach with the American Foundation for Suicide Prevention. Sylvie's early career included positions as a Flash Quote Reporter and Assistant Producer. Sylvie holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Writing, Literature, and Publishing, and a Bachelor of Arts in Media Studies from Emerson College.
