Mark Owens

Mark Owens, CPCM, is currently the Vice President of National Public Sector Programs at ATI Restoration, LLC. Prior to this role, Mark held the position of President, Federal Services at ACTenviro and Richard Brady & Associates. Mark also served as the Senior Vice President at Sullivan International Group and was previously the Vice President of Government Services at Pacific Treatment Environmental Services, Inc. Mark holds a Master of Business Administration from National University and a Bachelor of Science in Counseling Psychology from San Diego Christian College.
