Donald Williamson

Donald Williamson has extensive work experience in various leadership and managerial roles. Donald is currently working as a Prime Liaison Business Consultant at American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI), where they assist small companies in transitioning their innovative technology to the warfighter. Prior to this, they founded and served as the principal of Silver Eagle Approach, LLC.

From 2013 to 2021, Donald worked at Insitu Inc, where they held multiple positions including Vice President and General Manager, Insitu Defense, overseeing domestic and international defense and government-related lines of business. Donald also served as the Director of International Business Development and was responsible for the ScanEagle Product Line.

Before joining Insitu Inc, they worked as the Vice President of Maritime Surveillance Solutions at Telephonics Corporation from 2010 to 2013, where they had profit and loss responsibility in the aviation industry.

From 2006 to 2010, Donald served as the Commander of Helicopter Maritime Strike Wing, US Pacific Fleet, where they led complex aviation transitions and implemented the first Continuous Process Improvement department at any Type Wing.

Earlier in their career, Donald worked as an Executive Assistant at OPNAV N8F and N88 in 2005, as the Executive Officer of USS BELLEAU WOOD (LHA 3) from 2004 to 2005, and as the Commanding Officer of HSL-37 from 2001 to 2003.

Donald Williamson earned a Master's degree in National Security & Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College in 1995. Prior to that, they attended the University of Wisconsin-Eau Claire, although specific details about the degree and field of study are not provided.
