Phil Parr

Phil Parr has a diverse work experience spanning over 30 years. Phil started their career in 1992 at Northrop Grumman Corporation, where they worked as a Business and Financial Manager for seven years. In 2000, they transitioned to OAOT, Inc as a Financial Analyst, before moving on to Coleman Research Corporation as the Director of Finance from 2002 to 2003. Phil then joined Booz Allen Hamilton as a Finance Manager until 2005.

In 2005, Phil joined American Home Mortgage as a Loan Officer and later moved to Bank of America in 2007 in the same role. From 2009 to 2015, they worked as a Loan Officer at HomeBridge Financial Services, Inc. Following this, they joined Franklin American Mortgage Company as a Mortgage Loan Officer for a period of nine months. In 2016, they briefly worked at US Mortgage Corporation as a Mortgage Loan Officer.

Since 2018, Phil has been associated with American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI). Phil first served as a Program Financial Analyst from 2018 to 2019. Phil then progressed to become a Program Manager until November 2020. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Contracts and Client Relations, BFM Program Manager at ATSI.

Throughout their career, Phil has demonstrated expertise in finance, contracts, client relations, and mortgage lending.

Phil Parr attended Virginia Tech from 1986 to 1990, where they pursued a degree in Finance with a focus on Business, Finance, and Economics. In 1995 to 1996, they also enrolled at The George Washington University; however, it is unknown whether they obtained a degree or completed any specific field of study at that institution. In September 2017, Phil Parr obtained a certification in Microsoft Excel - Basic & Advanced from GoSkills.com.
