Todd Haeg

Todd Haeg has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Todd started their career in the US Navy as a SH-60B Seahawk (LAMPS) Helicopter Pilot, gaining fleet ASW experience on cruisers, destroyers, and frigates. Todd also served as a Maintenance Officer at HSL-43, NAS North Island, and had armed helo experience with Hellfire missiles. After leaving the Navy, Todd worked at the Navy Warfare Development Command in a concept development role. Then they joined Lockheed Martin as a Sr Combat Systems Engineer, followed by a position at Sikorsky Aircraft as a Preliminary Design Engineer. In this role, they provided technical leadership for complex sales pursuits and acted as the sole engineering representative with customer decision makers. Todd also worked as a Consultant to Sikorsky and Lockheed Martin for Butler Aerospace and Defense before transitioning to SAIC as a Naval Aviation Warfare Training Facilitator/SME. Todd facilitated fleet synthetic training and provided training aboard Tactical Training Group Pacific (TACTRAGRUPAC) at Pt. Loma. Todd has also worked as an Exercise Coordinator at PAE, where they facilitated and coordinated live Navy training events focusing on Anti-Submarine Warfare (ASW) across multiple platforms. Currently, Todd is employed as a Business Consultant at American Technology Solutions International Corp. (ATSI).

Todd Haeg obtained their Diploma in High School/Secondary Diplomas and Certificates from Highland High School in the years 1977 to 1980. Todd then pursued a Bachelor's degree in Aerospace Engineering and Mechanics from the University of Minnesota from 1980 to 1985. Later, in 2000 to 2001, Todd earned a Master's degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the U.S. Naval War College. In addition to their education, they obtained certifications as a pilot in various categories including commercial, instrument, helicopter, and fixed-wing from the Federal Aviation Administration.
