Greg Moffatt is an experienced professional in the fields of workplace health and safety (WHS) and training within the transport sector. Currently serving as Unit Manager WHS Operations and Principal WHS Investigations Officer at the Department of Planning, Transport and Infrastructure since February 2017, Greg also serves as National Training Manager at Australasian Transport Risk Solutions Pty Ltd since June 2013. Previously, Greg held the position of National Training and Development Manager at Asciano from March 2009 to February 2013, managing development strategies for a workforce of approximately 8000 staff and overseeing technical and Registered Training Organisation services. Before that, Greg worked as Training Manager at Pacific National Rail from 2005 to 2009, focusing on technical support and compliance for rail safety workers. Greg Moffatt earned a Master of Education in Educational/Instructional Technology from the University of Tasmania between 1999 and 2004 and is currently advancing professional skills through education at Parasol since 2013.
