Debbee's role involves comprehensive customer interactions, document preparation, and management of escrow funds. Previously, Debbee was the owner of Debbee's Nail Creation from 2001 to 2015 and began a career in escrow at Capital Title from 2004 to 2009, starting as a receptionist. Earlier experience includes serving as an Assistant Manager at Circle K from 1994 to 2002, where customer service skills were honed. Debbee's educational background includes high school completion at Apache Junction High School and training in nail technology.

In October of 2007 the company was acquired by Superior Transaction Service, LLC. All of our branch managers have a minimum of fifteen years of experience in the escrow and title business and are proficient in all phases of escrow closings. Our title department is staffed by industry veterans with an average of approximately twenty years of title examination experience including residential, commercial, REO, lender and litigation or foreclosure specialties.
