Ashley Philipps

Ashley Philipps is an experienced project manager in real estate services, currently employed at American Tower since March 2021. Previously, Ashley held roles as an administrative assistant at Waltz Brothers Inc and as a site development sublead and specialist at SAC Wireless, where responsibilities included managing acquisition, zoning, and permitting processes, as well as conducting audits and negotiating lease terms. Additional experience includes team leadership in guest services at Target, marketing management at Zehren Dental, and various customer service roles in the food and healthcare industries. Ashley holds a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee and Winona State University.
