Carl Lucien

Carl Lucien is an experienced DAS Optimization Engineer at American Tower LLC and a DAS Project Manager at InSite Wireless Group, LLC, since May 2014 and July 2010, respectively. Lucien has a strong background in troubleshooting and repairing Distributed Antenna Systems (DAS), small cells, and Wi-Fi networks, with responsibilities encompassing operational and network performance standards. Lucien has successfully designed, optimized, and commissioned DAS and Wi-Fi network systems for the Massachusetts Bay Transportation Authority, as well as managed their construction and service-level agreements with vendors. Currently pursuing a Master of Sciences in Telecommunication System Management from Northeastern University, Lucien holds a Bachelor of Sciences in Computer Engineering Technology from the same institution.
