Cyndi Smith

Cyndi Smith is a seasoned operations leader with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector. Currently serving as Regional Director of Operations for American Tower since December 2013, Cyndi has been recognized for streamlining operations and enhancing budget utilization while focusing on digital transformation and program management. Previously, Cyndi held the position of Regional Operations Manager for the Midwest Area, overseeing all operational activities at tower sites. Prior experience includes a role as Director of Field Operations at Global Tower Partners, where Cyndi contributed to the integration of operations as the company established itself in the wireless infrastructure market. Cyndi holds an Executive MBA from Washington University in St. Louis and a Bachelor of Science in Finance from Lindenwood University.
