Dolores Guarnaccia

Dolores Guarnaccia is an experienced construction professional currently serving as the Regional Director of Construction (Central) at American Tower since July 2018, where responsibilities include overseeing construction projects from initiation to completion, ensuring adherence to project timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Prior to this, Dolores held various roles at Sears Holdings Corporation from October 2006 to July 2018, including Director of Construction - Real Estate, where oversight of a $100 million annual project capital and over 4,000 properties was a key responsibility. Dolores has also served as Tenant Coordinator - Leasing, Sr. Store Planner, and Merchandise Planning Manager across multiple locations in the retail sector. Experience at Kmart Corporation as Store Planning Manager and earlier roles at TGI-VMS and Ontario Home Inspections complement Dolores' extensive background in project management and construction planning. Education includes studies at St. Clair College from 1991 to 1997.
