Francis Finnegan

Francis Finnegan is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in sales, business development, and product strategy within the telecommunications and technology sectors. Since May 2010, Francis has been serving as Senior Vice President of Product & Strategy at American Tower, leading teams in real estate acquisition and carrier sales, with a focus on innovative connectivity solutions. Previously, as Vice President of Managed Networks, Francis drove sales initiatives for Tier 1 and Tier 2-3 wireless service providers and identified new market opportunities across various industries. Prior roles include AVP of Sales & Business Development at Alcatel-Lucent, where Francis generated significant revenue and bookings, as well as key sales leadership positions at Raviant Networks and GovXcel. Francis began a career in product management at Lucent, achieving remarkable sales growth. Francis holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Mechanical Engineering from the New Jersey Institute of Technology.
