Jonathan Albert is an experienced instructional designer with a demonstrated history of creating engaging learning experiences in various organizations. Currently serving as an Instructional Designer at American Tower since January 2020, Jonathan collaborates with Subject Matter Experts to develop instructional materials across multiple disciplines, including technical skills and diversity training. Previously, as an Instructional Design Consultant at Mosaic, Jonathan crafted user documentation and training materials for both instructor-led and web-based formats. At LPL Financial, Jonathan worked as a Learning Development Consultant, delivering live training and best practices, and earlier held a role as an Associate Service Consultant, providing exceptional customer service in the financial services sector. Jonathan is currently pursuing further education at the University of Massachusetts Amherst.
