Kathleen Gray

Kathleen Gray is a seasoned instructional design professional with over two decades of experience in the field. Currently serving as Senior Instructional Designer at American Tower since January 2019, Kathleen has previously held positions as Instructional Designer at Agero, Inc. from June 2012 to June 2019 and as Senior Instructional Designer and Trainer/Instructional Designer at Fidelity Investments from September 1999 to July 2012. Kathleen holds a Master's degree in Workforce Development and Training from Lesley University, obtained between 2001 and 2003, and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from the University of Massachusetts Lowell, completed in 1995.
