Lauren Reichert

Lauren Reichert, PHR, serves as the Senior Human Resources Manager at American Tower since August 2016, leading HR initiatives for US Tower Operations. Previously, Lauren held roles including HR Manager and HR Business Partner within the same organization, focusing on finance and corporate development as well as supporting field operations, engineering, and IT. Prior experience includes serving as a Human Resources Generalist at Raytheon, providing HR support to various sectors, and as a Manager and Consultant at Travelers, where strategic HR solutions were delivered to international teams. Lauren began their HR career with internships at Lifespan and ING and holds a Bachelor's degree in Management with a focus on HR from Bryant University.
