Syed Shakil Ahmed

Syed Shakil Ahmed is a seasoned executive with extensive experience in the telecommunications sector, currently serving as CEO and Director at American Tower Bangladesh since June 2020. Previously, Syed held various leadership roles at American Tower from 2011 to 2020, including Vice President and Regional Head - West, and Vice President Sales - National Accounts. Prior experience includes key positions at Motorola Solutions from 1995 to 2011, overseeing major accounts and operations in India, and earlier roles at Tata Communications, Philips, and HCL Technologies. Syed Shakil Ahmed earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Electronic and Communications Engineering Technology from the National Institute of Technology Karnataka and a Master of Business Administration in Marketing from Jadavpur University.
