Thomas Lucario has had a successful career in the energy industry. Thomas began their professional career in 1996 as an Aviation Officer and Director of Operations in the US Army. In 2007, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Intevras Technologies, LLC, and was later purchased by Layne, A Granite Company. In their role as General Manager and Sales Director, they had $10MM P&L responsibility and was responsible for developing 5 year plans. In 2012, they were requested to return to private equity group EnerSciences Holdings as Sr. Vice President - Operations (COO). In this role, they had P&L responsibility for a start-up that achieved over $85MM in the first 13 months and established 4 new chemical distribution centers across the US in less than 24 months. In 2014, they took on the role of Chief Operating Officer at ENERGES, where they increased revenues by more than 30% in less than a year. In 2015, they became the Chief Operating Officer of Reliance Oilfield Services, where they led teams that grew revenues by 800% in three years and had $140MM+ P&L responsibility for an team with 400+ personnel and 14 locations in North America. In 2018, they took on the role of Chief Executive Officer at Sentry Energy Solutions, where they increased revenues by 71% in the first year and increased profitability to over 60%. Currently, they are the Chief Executive Officer of American Track, a leading provider of railroad inspection, design, construction, maintenance and terminal services in multiple regions across the US.

Thomas Lucario attended St. Thomas High School from 1988 to 1992. Thomas then attended the United States Military Academy at West Point from 1992 to 1996, where they earned a BS in Political Science with Systems Engineering Track. In 2004, they earned a Master of Science in Industrial Engineering from the University of Central Florida. In 2009, they obtained a Commercial Pilot (CP) - Rotarcraft; Instrument certification from the Federal Aviation Administration.
