Heather Harvey

Heather Harvey is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in membership management and engagement. Currently serving as the Member Engagement Manager at the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) since October 2021, Harvey oversees data integrity, membership retention processes, and generates monthly reports. Previously, at PMMI from June 1998 to August 2020, Harvey held multiple roles, culminating in Senior Manager of Membership, where program management efforts led to a 100% increase in member companies. A diverse background includes operational management as Co-Owner of Chapps Restaurant/East Coast Billiards, Inc., along with skills in customer relations, event coordination, and database management. Harvey holds a Bachelor of Arts in English Composition from George Mason University.
