Tom Winterberg

Tom Winterberg possesses extensive experience in roadway safety and technical services, currently serving as a member of the Operating Committee and Chair of the Government Relations Committee at the American Traffic Safety Services Association (ATSSA) since August 2020. In addition, Tom is a Manufacturing and Technical Service Specialist at LimnTech Scientific since April 2023. Tom has held various leadership roles, including Past-President of the PA Chapter of ATSSA and President and Treasurer of Upper Moreland Music Patrons, which supports music programs in the Upper Moreland School District. Previously, Tom enjoyed a long career at Dow Chemical, where a role as Technologist Leader in the Traffic Markings section provided over 30 years of expertise in equipment and applications. Tom also contributed to community service as a Fire Captain with Willow Grove Volunteer Fire Company #1 from 2010 to 2019. Tom's education includes graduating from Upper Moreland High School in 1979.
