David Effertz

David Effertz is an experienced construction operations manager with a strong background in electric transmission and infrastructure projects. Currently serving as Manager of Construction Operations at American Transmission Co. since October 2016, David oversees significant transmission asset projects with an annual expenditure of approximately $600 million. Prior to this role, David held various managerial positions at We Energies from May 2010 to September 2016, where responsibilities included leading engineering, design, and project management for major asset projects in natural gas and electric infrastructures, managing teams of project managers and design professionals, and achieving substantial project budgets. David holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Management from the University of Phoenix, earned between 2009 and 2013.
