Eric Lundberg

Eric Lundberg serves as vice president, finance and Treasurer for American Transmission Co, responsible for all aspects of treasury, financial planning, general accounting, tax, and financial reporting and analysis.

Lundberg joined ATC in 2013 with over two decades of energy and utility experience. Prior to joining ATC, he was the vice president of finance at Agile Energy, a developer of utility-scale renewable and natural gas energy projects. Prior to Agile Energy, Lundberg worked at Ausra (purchased by Areva Solar), PacifiCorp and The AES Corporation. He has been involved in financings and restructurings totaling nearly $3 billion. His international experience includes projects in Chile and Puerto Rico.

Lundberg is a certified public accountant and holds a bachelor of science degree in accounting from Houghton College.
