Heather Christenson

Heather Christenson, P.E. has over two decades of extensive experience in engineering and management within the transmission line sector. Currently serving as the Manager of Vegetation Management and Transmission Line Maintenance at ATC since May 2001, Heather oversees the development and implementation of work plans to ensure safe operational compliance with regulatory agencies like NERC and MRO. Previous roles at ATC include Manager of Engineering for Construction and Team Leader of Engineering, managing large teams and engineering services totaling approximately $60 million annually. Prior to ATC, Heather was a Transmission Line Engineer at Commonwealth Associates, Inc. Heather holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil/Environmental Engineering from Michigan Technological University and a Master of Science in Engineering Management from the Milwaukee School of Engineering.
