Kiana Adcock

Kiana Adcock is a seasoned professional in safety, human performance, and talent acquisition, currently serving as the Manager of Safety & Human Performance at ATC since August 2012. In this role, Kiana leads efforts to enhance safety initiatives and strategic direction. Previous positions at ATC include Manager of Prevention & Response, Manager of Talent Acquisition and HCM, and Manager of Talent Management & HRBP, all focusing on program maturity and operational excellence across various HR functions. Kiana's earlier experience includes roles at Hovensa, where Kiana reengineered talent acquisition processes and supported employee relations, and at Gander Mountain, managing training and development as well as human resources across multiple retail locations. Kiana holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Human Resource Development from the University of Minnesota.
